The Hartsville/Trousdale County Board of Zoning Appeals approved a request Monday from Rodger Mitchell, who had sought a change of use for 1.23 acres of property located at 323 Broadway. The action would change the zoning designation from C2 to C1. The building on the property was constructed in 1882 and has been restored. Mitchell has owned the property for 13 years.
Codes and Zoning Manager Rosalie Myhan presented reminders and paperwork to board members regarding required training for the year. Members were asked to complete training by the end of the year.
