Cumberland junior midfielder Seika Ikezoe has been named to the United Soccer Coaches all-east region team following the 2024 season.
A native of Japan, Ikezoe started all 20 matches for Cumberland this season and posted 14 goals, nine assists and 37 points. Her goal tally ranked among the top scorers in the region while her nine assists showcased her ability to create opportunities for her teammates.
Ikezoe finished fifth in the league in goals this season, sixth in assists and sixth in points.
She earned Mid-South Conference first team honors helping the Phoenix to a host bid in the NAIA National Tournament.
Lyons named second team All-ÐÔÊÓ½çAPPnCumberland senior midfielder Robbie Lyons was voted NAIA second team All-ÐÔÊÓ½çAPPn, released Monday morning by the national office.
Lyons put together his best collegiate career in his final season with the Phoenix, leading the team with 12 goals and added nine assists, totaling 33 points on the season. His sharp finishing and playmaking ability resulted in four game-winning goals, and he converted three of four penalty kick opportunities.
Lyons ranked nationally across all offensive categories. He finished 27th in goals, 22nd in assist, and 17th in points in the NAIA.
The Dublin, Ireland native, helped the Phoenix have one of the most potent offensive attacks in all of the NAIA. Cumberland finished the season with the fourth most points, the second-most assists and the 10th-most goals.
Lyons becomes the sixth NAIA All-ÐÔÊÓ½çAPPn in school-history. Sondre Risa, Brian McNamara, Bakary Bagayoko and Tyler Watson twice are the other All-ÐÔÊÓ½çAPPns in the program.
