Norma Jean McGhee, 90, of Lebanon, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025.聽
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hardin and Louise Northcutt; husband, Charles McGhee; and brother, Jack Knox Northcutt.聽
She is survived by her children, Charles Robert "Bobby" (Debbie Johnson) McGhee, Teresa McGhee Dye and Tamara "Tammi" (Ron) Pavan; grandchildren, Charles Robert 鈥淩obby鈥 McGhee, Sabrina (Nick) Cabrera, Victoria McGhee, Kristen (Zac) O'Dell, Michael "Joey" (Nicole) Dye, Cody (Sarah) Dye, Caleb Dye, Madison (DeJeay) Woods, Jenna (Brett) Burns and Mason (Halle) Pavan ; great-grandchildren, Jayden McGhee, Devin McGhee, Ambria Godsie, Trever Godsie, Robert Deaner, Aidan Cabrera, Dominic Ryan, LaRaine Ryan, Destiny Wingfield, Timothy O'Dell, Zoey Dye, Ollie Dye, Odin Dye, Ransom Dye, Linley Woods, Calloway Woods and Rook Woods; great-great-grandchildren, Emmrie Ross, Ezrah Ross and Harper Godsie; sisters-in-law, Ouita Northcutt and Mary (Marvin) Heskett; and nephews, nieces and other loving family members.
She attended David Lipscomb College. Her and her husband retired from ministry from the Fort Avenue Church of Christ in Lynchburg, Virginia, before moving to Lebanon and becoming members at College Hills Church of Christ.
She was an extremely supportive minister's wife who welcomed others into their home and was always there for anyone in need. She loved to use her coupons and bargain shop and as a result, she was able to provide for her family and those less fortunate.
Private family services will be held Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025.
In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to the International Essential Tremor Foundation in memory of Mrs. McGhee.
