The Lady Tigers used a 17-12 fourth quarter, sinking 6 of 9 shots from the floor, to overtake the Lady Devils.
Earlier, Macon County snapped a 13-13 tie with a 7-0 run.
But Jackson County used a 13-2 run to turn a 26-21 deficit to go up 33-28, pausing for halftime with a 26-23 advantage.
Natalie Green led the Lady Tigers with 18 points and six rebounds as they hit 15 of 26 from two-point range. Chloe Solomon sank three 3-pointers for most of her 11 points.
Kaylee Slayton scored 10 points and passed for five assists.
Allie Kate Austin scored six points, Payton Crump five and Ariana Jones two as Macon County climbed to 8-8.
Earlier in the week, the Lady Tigers traveled to Rutherford County and were overwhelmed by host Rockvale 71-32.
Solomon scored 14, including four triples, to lead the Lady Tigers, who had 11 assists on 13 made baskets. Shockley had five of the assists.
Green garnered six points and six rebounds while Crump finished with five points, Slayton four and Austin three.
