Marie Amos, 14, of Lafayette, passed away Friday afternoon, Dec. 20, 2024, at her residence.
The family has chosen cremation, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Jazmyn Angel
Marie was born June 15, 2010, in Nashville, to Joshua Daniel Amos and Brittany Marie Murray, and departed this life at the age of 14 years, six months and five days.
Jazmyn was
a student at
Macon County
High School.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Donald Murray; and paternal great-grandmothers, Sadie Amos and Emma Jean Hudson.
Survivors include her mother, Brittany Murray, of Lafayette; father, Joshua Amos, of Scottsville, Kentucky; sisters, Anastasia McClain, of Lafayette, and Jadyn Sims and Delilah Amos, both of Nashville; brothers, Tre McClain, of Lafayette, Toronto White, of Hendersonville, Joshua Sims, of Nashville, and Jahkai Amos, of Columbia; as well as a host of grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
