COOKEVILLE — Former Macon County High basketball star Keeley Carter was named Newcomer of the Week by the Ohio Valley Conference last week.
The graduate transfer from Trevecca powered the Golden Eagles late against Colorado with 13 second-half points out of 15 total as she was 5-for-7 from the field. Carter also pulled down five rebounds, dished out six assists and recorded a steal.
