Mr. Eris McRay 鈥淩ay鈥 Derryberry, 68, of Lebanon, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2025, at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital.
He was born in Davidson County, Tennessee, May 9, 1956, son of the late Eris McRay Derryberry Sr and Lois Evelyn Stevens Derryberry.
He attended the Tennessee School for the Blind and was an Honorary Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. He worked with Prospect.
He is survived by his caregivers, Wanda and Tommy Gibbons and Rhonda Blair.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025, at 2 p.m. with eulogies by Dorian Clark, Anissa Palmer and Katina Stigall. Interment聽 will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from noon until the time of services.
