Lebanon鈥檚 freshman boys beat visiting Stewarts Creek 62-45 Monday night at Campbell Brandon Gym/Hester Gibbs Court.
The Blue Devils led 19-13 at the first-quarter break, 34-25 at halftime and 48-35 going into the fourth as they improved to 6-8 for the season and 4-4 in district play.
鈥淎ll around it was a good game,鈥 Lebanon coach Paul Tribble said. 鈥淥wen Kohler gave us a good spark off the bench in the first quarter and Ean Burchett provided some good minutes defensively in the second.鈥
Maddox Warrick led a balanced Blue Devil offensive attack with 14 points while Kohler connected on a pair of first-period 3-pointers on his way to12. Jase Atwood swished three triples and finished with 11. Niken Withrow-Walker scored seven points, Titus O鈥橬eil six and Burchett, Markhail Anglin and Caleb Jones four each.
Lebanon will host Wilson Central at 6 p.m. Thursday.
